The Stereolithography is a 3D printing technique that allows us to make an object from a 3D model.

The material used are photo sensible epoxy-based resin, that are polymerized with UV energy.

3D PI recommend this technology for your products that need a high quality, or a high precision to the 3D model. The stereolithography make possible to customize your object by our finishing service.

Powder sintering (SLS)

Materials : PA12 natural (food contact), PA12 filled with glass beads, PA12 Flame-retardant (UL94 V-0), PA12 filled with aluminum, PA11 (bio-based), TPU, PP.

Machines : many machines including building platform of 330 x 330 x 620 mm.

The Powder sintering is also a 3d printing technology that allow us to make an object from a 3D model. The materials used are polymer powders implemented in a heated enclosure, a laser merging each layer of powder to build your products.

3DPI recommend this technology for all your products that need a mechanical and thermal resistance.

Silicon molding

Materials : mechanical PU resin, flexible, transparent.

Machines : 3 sets of a vacuum chamber and an oven.

The Silicon molding is manufacture technology similar to plastic injection. Parts are built with polyurethane resin into silicon molding.

We recommend this technology for industrialization or quick serial production at the best cost and in the shortest time. The finishing is made by our team, according to your specifications, on all your serial products.

Machines : many milling machines with 5 axes including table of 2000 x 1000 x 800 mm.

Milling is a technology allowing, material removal, to give to a raw part the shape and the dimensions you want. We are able to work on any milling material.

We recommend this technology for your parts and tools that need to be in serial production material or/and a high dimensional precision (micrometer/micron).

We are also able to custom on demand your milled products.
